On the Caribbean island of Matul, white doctor David Menard is trying to stem the tide of cannibal zombies that are returning from the dead. Arriving on the island are Anne and reporter Peter West who are looking for Anne’s missing father. The pair soon find themselves under attack from the zombies. Lucio Fulci's 1979 off-brand sequel to George Romero's DAWN OF THE DEAD became a classic in its own right with its infamous zombie vs. shark fight and helped define the genre for decades to come. Cult Classics is proud to present the Scottsdale premiere of the 4K restoration to celebrate the film's 45th anniversary and Cult Classics' 13th anniversary of screening events!
